The Laguna Pest Control FREE Mentoring Program is designed for new and existing micro and small pest control businesses that feel overlooked or under-supported by the industry. This unique initiative provides practical guidance, real-world training, and genuine mentorship to help you grow – not just financially, but professionally and personally.
Over a focused six-month period, only two businesses are selected per intake to ensure personalised attention and meaningful outcomes. With a commitment of just one hour per week, participants receive structured guidance from Jay and Nicky Turner, owners of Laguna Pest Control, alongside their expert team – including the Operations Manager, Office Manager, Field Technical Manager, and experienced senior technicians.
You’ll get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at what has made Laguna Pest Control a success – the challenges they’ve encountered along the way and the strategies they used to overcome them.
In addition to weekly sessions, participants will attend two immersive, in-person workshop days in Noosa, where they’ll connect with the Laguna team and gain invaluable insights into what makes a pest control business not only sustainable, but successful.
But this is more than just mentoring. Jay, a qualified industry trainer and assessor and entomologist, and his team will offer technical training and in-field support.
